Cancellation of your Registration
A notice of cancellation should be sent to email@example.com. Cancellations are accepted until July 31, 2024 with a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference.
Failure to cancel the participation will result in 100% payment being charged.
It is possible to replace the participant free of charge on the condition that the details of the replacement are sent by September 30, 2024 in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
