Cologne, July 2026         Dear colleagues,         We are excited to announce a new opportunity to get involved in this year's conference: the Project Pitch Session.         We have opened this new category within the Abstract Submission portal. This format is designed for colleagues who would like to share an ongoing project, a preliminary idea, or a work-in-progress concept with the community - without the need to prepare a full poster.         SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT PITCH             What is a Project Pitch?         Most importantly, it is not about finished results. It's about work in the making: a study concept you'd like to test, an unmet need worth flagging, a methodological idea, or a project looking for partners. On-site, selected presenters sketch their idea on a board and stand by it to discuss: quick, direct, and made for finding collaborators and feedback.             Want to pitch?         Submit a title and a short abstract (2–3 sentences) through the ISHL14 website by 07 September 2026.         We warmly encourage everyone with an interesting idea or early-stage project to take part — this is a wonderful, informal way to present your work and engage in dialogue with colleagues.         If you know of anyone who might be particularly interested in this format, please feel free to forward this invitation directly.         We look forward to your submissions!         SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT PITCH             ISHL14 will take place from October 03 to 05, 2026 in Cologne, Germany.
