Cologne, November 2025

 Dear Colleagues,

Preparations for the 14th International Symposium on Hodgkin Lymphoma (ISHL14) are well underway, and we are pleased to share initial updates on key topics.

ISHL14 - Update & Early Highlights — Please Save the Date

The treatment of advanced cHL will be a major topic at ISHL14 again. Follow-up analyses of the landmark GHSG HD21 and SWOG S1826 studies will be presented very soon at this year's ASH Annual meeting. The 3-year data of the SWOG S1826 study confirm the superiority of N-AVD in comparison with BV-AVD across all age and risk groups. Patients aged older than 60 years appear to benefit most from the regimen. The 3-year PFS rates for all patients were 91% with N-AVD as compared to 82% with BV-AVD.

In the final analysis of the HD21 study, the superiority of BrECADD over escalated BEACOPP could be confirmed at 5 years. The PFS rates were 93.6% with BrECADD and 90.6% with escalated BEACOPP. Patients with a negative interim PET after 2 treatment cycles had a particularly pronounced PFS benefit when treated with BrECADD. In relapsed cHL, novel data on ASCT-free salvage treatment will be presented and discussed.

We warmly invite physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals to save the date for this flagship event in the field of Hodgkin lymphoma. Further details will follow.
